Edibles sold in dispensaries can now have up to 100mg of THC per package instead of 50mg. On July 1, 2022 hemp-derived edibles limit increases to 2mg of THC in a single serving and up to 20mg THC per container of hemp product, hemp tinctures can contain up to 100mg total THC, but cannot exceed 0.3% total THC by weight. The above limit applies to all forms of THC, including Delta-8 THC.
